Mom's Consistency (Part 1 of 7)

A great study in consistency would be to study my Mother. Her father was an electrical
engineer who was very precise and her mother was a very good piano player. All this
combined in Mom to give her some very fine qualities, promptness, responsibility,
cordiality, keeping her home very clean and neat, as well as consistency. She herself played the violin and graduated from South High School in Salt Lake City. She belonged to Future Teachers of America and she attended the University of Utah. Her level-headedness shined through as she played in the University Orchestra. She recognized that the too-serious music students who made up part of the orchestra were "kooks" as she described them to her parents.
